First bucket of blooms went out the door this morning to @alaskanflorist (Martha’s Flowers). I trialed a small batch of narcissus and so far it’s a great success! If you are ever in need of some fresh flowers, I can’t recommend Mart
I got so much work done this weekend! Spread the compost from @juneaucomposts around, mulched my perennials with it, and got the high tunnel soiled turned and prepped for the season. I was marveling at the buds and leaves emerging on the fruit trees
Automatic shutters are hooked up, inside is cleared out, and the chickens are in to churn it up for a few days. Cocoa (the chicken) and I worked hard today! 😜🐓
We got the top on the high tunnel today! I was going to wait a few weeks but the weather was decent so decided to just do it. 🥰
Greenhouse is completely rebuilt! Just waiting a few more weeks to put the polycarbonate over the top. In the meantime, it’s time to start seeds and dahlia tubers indoors. 🥰
